Remote booking: with your permission we are able to give selected individuals within your organisation secure, direct access to our booking system from their own workstation. Individuals using this facility will receive an automated confirmation of their booking. |

On-line booking facility: alternatively, clients with a dedicated password may use our on-line booking tool (accessed via this website) to make a booking. Again, anyone making an on-line booking will receive an automated confirmation of their booking. |

On-line vehicle tracking: by giving your organisation secure access to our geographical mapping software (via our website), individual users may track in real-time the precise location of the vehicle dispatched to collect them. To register for this free service please contact a member of our sales team. |

Advance notification: we are able to provide notice of driver, vehicle, and registration details up to 24 hours in advance of collection.

Client feedback tools: as part of our commitment to provide the very highest levels of service, regular Travelhire users will be invited to participate in our client feedback programme. We will send you a user friendly on-line questionnaire that takes approximately 60 seconds to complete, collate the information we get back from you and send a short report summarising the results of the survey and highlighting any resulting improvements we intend to implement. |
