Our chosen vehicle manufacturer, BMW, recently became the world's first to unveil a luxury saloon equipped with a hydrogen powered engine – the BMW Hydrogen 7.
The BMW Hydrogen 7 features a 191 kW/260 hp 12-cylinder engine that produces practically no CO2 emissions when running on hydrogen. Later this
year, we will be one of a selected number of BMW customers to whom this vehicle will be made available on a temporary basis. While other manufacturers
use hydrogen to power fuel cells for electric motors, the BMW Hydrogen 7 uses hydrogen as a fuel for its internal combustion engine. Once the BMW Hydrogen 7
has been formally released to the market it is our stated intention to convert our entire fleet to this form of environmentally friendly power as part of our general "Clean Energy" policy.

The hydrogen tank sits behind the rear seat backrest, while the petrol tank is located under the rear seats.
